Piece of natural pineapple + rosemary branch
5 cl of Gin Mare (rosemary, basil, thyme)
1.5 cl of Cassis cream (blackcurrant)
1 cl of lemon squeezed
3 cl of natural pineapple juice 20 cl of La Mundial Clarea
PREPARATION + GLASS TYPE
Shaker + Highball glass or Cider glass
Pineapple triangle + leaf and blackberries
Crush the pineapple until obtain its juice, press the rosemary lightly with a mortar and add the ingredients except La Mundial and the cassis.
Shake in the shaker with plenty of ice.
Serve in a Highball glass previously filled with crushed ice and the Cassis cream in the bottom of the glass with double strain and fill with La Mundial Clarea.
Finish with decoration: with a toothpick go through the pineapple triangle and the leaf and add some blackberries.
