1 Passion fruit + rosemary branch 5 cl Gin Mare
1 cl of Cointreau
1.5 cl of lemon squeezed
1 cl of cinnamon syrup
1 dash of angostura
20 cl of Mundial Rosalea
PREPARATION + GLASS TYPE
Shaker + old fashioned glass (on the rocks)
1⁄2 passion fruit + rosemary + anise star + burnt cinnamon
Shake the ingredients except La Mundial and the angostura in a shaker with plenty of ice and serve in a glass on the rocks, add La Mundial and finally a few drops of angostura.
Finish with decoration: In the half passion fruit, put the Cointreau and set it on fire with a cocktail torch.
Sprinkle it with ground cinnamon while it`s still burning.
