SOUR GINGER SUMMER

INGREDIENTS

1 piece of ginger
3 cl of Mezcal Gusano Rojo (smoked)
1.5 cl of orgeat syrup (almonds)
1.5 cl lemon squeezed
Egg white
The rest of La Mundial Clarea

PREPARATION + GLASS TYPE

Shaker + old fashioned glass (on the rocks)

DECOR

Dried apple or ginger + raspberry + cinnamon stick

PREPARATION

Crush the ginger and put the ingredients except La Mundial in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake.
Serve in a glass on the rocks with crushed ice and fill with La Mundial Clarea.
Stir gently.
Finish with your preferred decoration and garnish.
