GIN BASIL ROSALEA

INGREDIENTS

Basil leaves
5 cl of gin g-vine
1,5 grapefruit squeezed
2 drops of orange bitter
The rest of La Mundial Rosalea

PREPARATION + GLASS TYPE

Mixing glass + Balloon glass or Cider glass

DECOR

Grapefruit slice + basil bunch

PREPARATION

Beat basil with the palms of the hands and put it in a glass
Mixer previously filled with ice and ingredients except La Mundial and the bitter, Cool it with an imperial spoon.
Serve in a balloon glass, strain it and add La Mundial
Rosalea and a few drops of orange bitters.
Finish with decoration to taste.
